Now here is a town with an identity crisis. I am in the town or Houston, in the county of Texas, in the state of Missouri. The next closest town with a motel is 60 miles down the road. It is already 101 at 11a.m. The humidity is not nearly as bad, but i could use this short day to chill, answer e-mails, and do a little laundry. Looking forward to Kansas and South Colorado which are so flat that my maps do not even show the route elevation profiles. As long as the temps stay less than killer this should make for some knock out cycling days.

ReplyDeleteKeller Family! Thanks for your support. The planning is only as good as the route allows. Some days are short, some days are long. Everything is usually dependent on where the motels are. Glad you guys are enjoying the blog.
